Examples of good submissions

  • Risk register fiction

A maturity workshop where every risk is "medium" because nobody wants to be the person who escalates the obvious one.

  • Assurance theatre

An auditor asks for screenshots of a dashboard that proves a control exists, even though the control is a policy PDF nobody has opened.

  • Framework fatigue

A programme manager presents the fifth mapping exercise between frameworks, and the room pretends this is progress.
